How do I manage my account/change my details/update my card?

As shown in the walkthrough video, head to the 'Your Account' section (click the icon in the top right corner of the screen) to access your account and details. It should be super easy for you to update, but if there are any issues with your membership or details, please contact Support or email [email protected]

My payment has failed, how do I update my card details?

If your card has expired or declined for any reason, our payment processor will automatically attempt to retake the payment 2 days later. You can update your payment method/details by heading to the 'Your Account' section (click the icon in the top right corner of the screen) to access your account and details.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership please complete the cancellation request form > HERE <

You will be notified upon Put Yourself First’s receipt of this form completion, and your membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 3 business days away.

How can I access the coaching calls and previous content?

All calls are held live on Zoom. To find upcoming call dates, times and links, head to the relevant month's section in your member's area.

Access replays and previous month's content in your member's area (check out the previous section's video for a how to/walkthrough)

I can't attend the call. When will the replay be available?

Replays are always updated in the member's area ASAP after the session, usually within 24 hours. All membership content is available to you in your member's area 24/7

I have a specific question/I need some advice

Lean on your sisters! Head straight on over to the Facebook group and post your question. It's very likely I'll pick it up and chime in, but you'll also receive support and advice from the other girls too. You will also have plenty of opportunities to submit questions for Q&A and extra support calls in between our main sessions. I will always give you a heads up before filming and sharing these.

As mentioned in your welcome video, please do not request 1:1 advice/coaching in my DM's/inbox, as this level of support is reserved for my 1:1 clients.

Do I need to have a Facebook page?

Not at all. All of the coaching content is available for you in your member's area, and you can meet and connect with fellow members on the Zoom calls and/or in a group chat.

However, I would recommend you have Facebook to access the private member's group. It's just a great, positive place to go to share your wins, ask questions and really get to know your sisters. Right now, it's also the best option to have a free, easily accessible private community for all members to connect.

If you're not a Facebook user, it's well worth creating a basic, private profile with just your first name and picture so you can get involved without having to 'be on' Facebook.

If you're already a Facebook user, I recommend culling your feed so that you only follow and feel part of groups such as the Sisterhood or other communities/people that make your experience positive and inspiring.
